dant at 109-1/2 Hogan St., Enterprise, OR 97828. I have
incurred court fees of $1,075.45 and service expenses of
$39.00.

PUBLIC NOTICE hereby is given that the two-year period for
the redemption of real properties included in the 2013 delin-
quent tax lien foreclosure proceedings instituted by Wallowa
County, Oregon, on September 4th, 2013, in the Circuit Court
of the State of Oregon for Wallowa County, suit No. 13-09-
14307, and included in the General Judgment entered
therein on October 16, 2013 will expire on October 16, 2015.
All properties ordered sold under the general judgment, un-
less redeemed on or before October 16, 2015, will be
deeded to Wallowa County, Oregon, immediately on expira-
tion of the period of redemption, and every right and interest
of any person in such properties will be forfeited to Wallowa
County, Oregon.
