Jacob Goebel has submitted a Zoning Application for a Vari-
ance Hearing and is requesting a Variance on the setback re-
quirements of the Wallowa Zoning Ordinance. Mr. Goebel
would like to put an addition onto his existing garage at the
address of 303 Whipple St. The existing garage is only 7 feet
from the property line but would like to extend his garage
which will cause his new addition setback to be 7 feet as well
instead of the 10 feet the Ordinance requires.
