Duties includes assessing individual
needs; developing service plans;
coordinating, monitoring and providing
services; authorizing Medicaid
services; and performing related work
as required.
15-20 hour per week position.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's
degree and two years work
experience in human services
preferred; or five years of equivalent
training and work experience.
Knowledge of the public service
system for developmental disability
services in Oregon is preferred.
Must pass criminal history
background check and hold a valid
Oregon driver’s license.
