A public meeting of the Wallowa Union Railroad Authority will
be held on June 23, 2015 at 5:00 PM at the Wallowa Senior
Center, Wallowa, Oregon. The purpose of the meeting is to
discuss the budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2015
as approved by the Wallowa Union Railroad Authority Budget
Committee. A copy of the budget may be inspected or ob-
tained at either the Union County Commission Office, 1106 K
Avenue, La Grande or the Wallowa County Commission of-
fice at 101 S. River Enterprise between the hours of 9:00
a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday. This is a public

WL Tram SUBD #15-01 - The Wallowa County Planning
Commission will consider a request to allow the creation of a
subdivision submitted by Steve Anderson on behalf of the
Wallowa Lake Tramway Inc. The proposed subdivision would
create 20 lots ranging in size but not less than 7,500 square
feet each. The property is described as Township3 South,
Range 45, Sections 28b, Tax Lot 200, is zoned Resort Com-
mercial Recreation (RCR), and is accessed via a private
road off of Hwy 351. The minimum lot size in the RCR zone
is 7,500 square feet.
