Two of the persons were killed in traffic accidents. The victims were David Tuthill, 28. Clackamas; Billy Roberts, 8. Toledo, and Jack Vearrier, 22, a Salem area farm worker. Tuthill, an engineering techni cian for Clackamas County, was struck and killed by a dump Iruck at a counly road project at West Linn during the afternoon. The Roberts boy lost his life when struck by a Southern Pa cific freight train at Toledo near his home. The accident occurred at night. Vearrier was killed in a one-car early morning accident in Salem. His car struck a post on a bridge.
