The presen tation was made by City Manager Walter T. Thompson, center,' to Recreation Director Wayne ''Hamilton, at right, in behalf of Irl N. Wagner (not present) and James Mayne, left, members of .United Grocers, Inc. The reference works are being distributed in Central Oregon by member stores under the book-a-week plan, which will enable every family to have its own reference library at a cost that can be afforded, Mayne said.
