Pineapple Kweet Sour
Saunn with Shuhhko
(Yield: S nervlnxn)
One-half pound pork sausage, 1
N$. 1 tail can pineapple chunks,
'4-cup lemon juice, xk cup water,
Va cup brown sugar, teaspoon
diy mustard, 1 tablespoon corn-
si arch.
Drain pineapple and combine H
clip pineapple juice, lemon juice.
water, sugar, mustard and corn
starch. Stir and boil to thicken,
allnut 5 minutes. Add pineapple
clwnks. Brown the sausage 3 min
utes. Pour pineapple sauce over
sausage, Heat.

Stir and cook over low heat until
