road oil on the dirt streets "as
soon as possible." The council saw

Then a petition arrived asking
the city "never again to apply oil
to our streets."
"Guess the only solution to the
problem would be to blacktop the
streets, one council member said.

the barbershop and left with In

Three hours later Colosimo went
