Boyd was Velta Eva dene Jones, before her marriage last Saturday evening at the Church of the Nazarene. Donald Boyd and Velta Jones Pledge Troth in Church Rites Velta Evadene Jones, daughter of Rev. and Mrs. C. Welsey Junes of Bend, and Donald Leroy Boyd, son of Mrs. Margaret Wilson of Olympia, Wash., were married in a candlelight ceremony last Satur day evening at the Church of the Nazarene. The father of the bride officiated. Given in marriage by her broth er, Keith, the bride wore a gown of white lace and nylon tulle and a fingertip veil held with matching Mirror Pond Club Tour Hostesses; Gardens Visited Members of the Juniper Butte Garden club of Culver were guests of the Mirror Pond Garden club of Bend, at a garden tour Thursday afternoon. The tour started at the home of Mrs. Elsie Dunn. 1601 W. Third street, and the group re turned there afterward for punch and cookies, Berved by the hostess on the shaded patio at the rear ot her beautiful yard.
