The 1955 Masters Tournament at the Augusta Nation al Coif Club is scheduled to end Sunday, April 10. The chief execu tive probably will go to Augusta either April 11 or VI. The President Is quite the con servationist as he approaches the problem of preserving his property at Gettysburg. Pa. Mr. Eisenhower, up at the farm last weekend, said that before he got hold of the property, it was ill lowed to run down. Consequently he faces a jolt of terracing and soil rebuilding. I Ie seemed part ieularly con cerned by erosion near the small creek that runs through his aere- He also plans major improve ments in bis big barn. The roof has holes caused by the shotguns of country boys who in the past sneaked into the loft and fired at pigeons roosting there. The house, itself, is virtually complete except for laying some flooring downstairs and another coat of paint on some of the inter ior walls.
