right base can mean the difference between victory and defeat.
In the 1953 World Series, Yogi Berra fielded bunts and, made
throws to third base to retire runners on consecutive plays and
thus snuffed out a Dodger rally. Berra's knowledge of the funda
mentals and his ability to execute them was the turning point in

drive to boost personal income tax
exemptions this year.

to hold the tax reform bill in line
with administration recommenda
tions and without any amendments
providing general Income tax re

debating the House-approved bill
