The order of the day was the preparation oi me budget lor 1B50, with the result that $3.50 per acre of water rleht will be charged for operation and main tenance expense lor next year. Paul Splliman called the board's attention to ihe importance of contacting all land owners on the project who have surface water, so that they may protect them selves against the lass of water rights under the present exten sion of time for reclamation, which is set at June 30, IA50. The board unanimously agreed that the best way to accomplish this wouid be by direct notice. The board approved ihe forma tion of the Dana subdivision oi Redmond.
