He also suggests that it be applied In glue lines of the paperboard or incorporated In the paperboard Itself. CIIAffiMAN NAMED Madras, Sept. 23 The Madras airport comissiiin has named T. T. Fewer, Jefferson county judge, as chairman of the group to suc ceed the late W, J. Hess, business man and member of the Madras city council, ties several weeks ago died suddenly, having been stricken with a heart attack white attending a city council meeting. John Hess, former engineering instructor at Oregon State col lege, was named by the commis sion to succeed his father on the organization. The Madras airport is operated under joint sponsorship of the city of Madras and Jefferson county.
