was quiet.
The sell-off marks the third
consecutive session 'of price de
cline, and as measured by the
industrial component of the stock
averages, It was the widest break
since June 28. In the last thrte
sessions, more than $1,000,000,.

wiped off the list.
Despite the drop, technicians
did not appear alarmed and most
were of the belief that the mar
ket Is gearing itself for another
push such as witnessed last week.
