IP) Fort Osage, an outpost of the white settler in 1808. is being restored on the south bluff of the Missouri river here. The Native Sons of Kansas City, sponsors of the restoration, said it would be almost an exact duplicate of the fort built under the supervision or uen. wniiam Clark, member of the famous ex ploring team of Lewis and Clark. The Native Sons said they were looking for a six-pound cannon, however, with only slight hopes of finding one.
