with being an accessory to the al
leged murder of Mrs. Emma MCClln
loek and her son. Hilly.
The jury left open lis decision in
the case of William 1). Shepherd, the
woman's husband, awaiting trial fur
the alleged murder of Hilly. The
cqrontr'a jury, in Its findings against
Mm. Shepherd, also recommended
action against Shepherd for the
death of Mrs. MeCtlntOCk.
It was made known that the grand

evidence" on which to hold Mrs.
