on the Y. M. C: A. alleys.' The only
necessary formality in qualifying for

General Leonard Wood's native state
will send him four pledged delegates
at large for the republican national
convention, according to returns re
ceived today from yesterday's pri
maries. The democrats elected three
delegates at large pledged to Herbert
Hoover, and one unpledged, accord
ing to the latest returns.

gram planned by tbe Bend schools,
and postponed because of illness, will
