It took the Jury in the case of the
Stato vs. John Krusniy, charged with
killing robins, Just live minutes to
find the defendant guilty at the com
pletion of the hearing in Justice
court lute yesterday afternoon. It
was the second trial of the case, the
first resulting In a hung Jury. Sen
tence will be passed tomorrow
morning.
Witnesses for the state wore David
Oreone, 'Dennle Stevens' and Wallace
Brown, pupils from tho Reld school,
living near the Erusmy home In the
south ond of town. They testified
to having seen the defendant shoot
ing robins, which they believed were
