It. & N. and the Oregon Hliort Line, according to word received hero from Washington. The commission holds that wher ever "no unreasonable delay result" the road on which business originated Is entitled to the long haul so that It may get larger freight revenues In the cases under discussion lum ber and salmon shipped from Astoria over the H.
