Pkctios 1 Any person who shall solicit patronage for
Hotel or Steamboat, commonly called a ''Runner."
within the corporate limits of Dalles City, shall therefor
procure a License from the Kecorder, and shall pay
therefor Into the city treasury the sum of Ten Dollars
for every three months.
