partment Director position. The
vacancy will be created when
the current Director retires next
year, but the new Director can
join early and acclimate into the
position.
The position is headquartered
in Heppner, OR, a wonderful
small town in northeast Oregon

salary $109,720 to $121,118
DOQ with increase after 4-
month probationary period, plus
approximately $8,250 additional
annually for call time.
The Home Health and Hospice
Director provides the overall ad-
ministration and direction of
services for both Pioneer Me-
morial Home Health and Pio-
neer Memorial Hospice, which
are combined into one joint de-
partment. The Director is a
working RN as well as a depart-
ment manager.
The Director is responsible for
the supervision of 11employees
– 6 FT, 5 PT along with volun-
teers, and oversees all services
provided by the department.
The Director is required to share
24-hour call responsibilities as
a Registered Nurse with the
other RNs in the department.
The Director also provides
backup nursing services for Wil-
low Creek Terrace Assisted Liv-
ing when the assigned
department RN is unavailable.
This is a leadership position
and requires leadership skills
and experience. Must have
graduated from an accredited
college with a two or four-year
nursing degree with a current
Oregon Registered Nurse Li-
cense. Must have two years of
acute care nursing experience
or equivalent required. Mini-
mum of five years’ progressively
responsible experience in com-
munity based care, home
health or hospice, which in-
cludes at least two years of su-
pervisory experience, or a
satisfactory equivalent of expe-
rience and training that demon-
strates the ability to perform the
described duties.
Must possess a valid driver’s li-
cense and the ability to manage
extensive driving in a variety of
weather conditions, including at
night, when needed. Mileage or
District car provided for patient
visits.

ical Staff/Executive Coordinator.
Starting salary $75K or DOQ.
This position is located in Hep-
pner, Oregon and will assist the
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
in all matters of the District, in-
cluding contract management
and personnel issues. Empha-
sis is in management and coor-
dination of all medical staff
programs, policies and privileg-
ing, and payer credentialing for
all district providers and facili-
ties. The Coordinator will coor-
dinate and assist the CEO with
all functions of the medical staff,
including assistance with con-
tracting, recruitment, privileging,

Also assists with policy devel-

Prefer two years of experience
in credentialing and/or medical
staff coordination, Bachelor De-
gree in a related field is pre-

tion skills, the ability to function
under strict confidentiality and

without direct supervision and
have strong analytical capabili-

Certification in HVAC, electrical,
plumbing, landscaping of facility

Have valid Oregon driver’s li-
cense, CDL preferred or be will-
