The Umatilla County Board of Commissioners has adopted an ordinance to refer to the voters that prohibits the establishment of psilocybin product manufacturers and service centers in the unin- corporated areas of Umatilla County. Approval of this measure would prohibit the establishment of psilocybin manufacturers and service center operators within the unincorporated areas of Umatilla County. A yes vote in favor of this meas- ure will prohibit the certain psilo- cybin businesses and will not allow the licensed manufacturing and licensed service centers to operate in the unincorporated areas of Umatilla County.
