its canal system this summer to
control pond weed and algae. Ap-

Herbicides to be used are Teton
with active ingredient Endothall;

ent Acrolein; and Copper Sulfate.
Westland water users may re-
quest in writing that their parcels
not receive water deliveries dur-
ing aquatic herbicide applications.

lowed to drink water treated with
Acrolein-based herbicide; please

The CAPER is a report on the use of HOME Investment Partnership

People with HIV/AIDS funds and Oregon fair housing issues for the
program year January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021.

Hermiston School District is seeking General Contracting
Services for the Hermiston High School Addition Project
The project is a new, two-story, 22,800 SF building addition to the
high school campus. The new building will include 10 general edu-
cation classrooms, and computer, STEM, and CTE labs. Additional
work includes an expansion to the existing parking lot, North of the
existing high school. Primary construction includes structural steel
brace frames, columns and beams with composite concrete and
steel decking for the second floor. Slab on grade first floor and steel
decking for the roof structure with rigid insulation and PVC mem-
brane roofing. The building envelope consists of brick veneer, sheet
metal siding & flashing with aluminum curtain wall, storefront and
windows. The District is estimating a construction cost of
$10,200,000 for the project.
