Madison Annexation ANX-1-22: The applicant, K and L Madison
LLC, seeks approval to have their property, Tax lot 400 on Assessors
map 3N2909, situated in the City of Echo’s urban growth boundary
annexed into the City limits. K and L Madison LLC requests annexa-
tion via Thielsen Road which connects the subject property and the
City limits.
