3:00 P.M., Thursday, May 4, 2022,
for Architectural and related Serv-
ices. The selected firm will assist
staff in planning, designing, and
construction of a new clinic build-
ing project as outlined in Notice of
Request For Proposals for Archi-
tectural and Related Services

Proposals submitted for supply of
construction special inspection,
must be submitted by email, fax,
or a sealed envelope to the Port
of Morrow, P.O. Box 200 (No. 2
Marine Drive), Boardman, Ore-
gon 97818 not later than 4:00
p.m., local time, on the 19thday of
May 2022. At that time they will
be opened. Proposals will not be
accepted after this hour and date.
General description of the inspec-
tion includes but not limited to:
The successful Proposer will be
required to complete the design
of 1 or 2 water treatment facilities
including, but not limited to, site
development, chemical feed sys-
tems, membrane filters, piping,
electrical, instrumentation and
controls, and pre and post treat-
ment for a supply capacity of 14.4
mgd and 7.2mgd. The water treat-
ment facilities will be required to
meet POM’s finished water goals
and expectations which are being
developed by the Project Team as
part of the Project Definition
phase of the Project. The Port will
provide any existing geotechnical
engineering report for the site and
surveying for the project. The
county building code allows for a
typical bearing capacity of 1500
lb/sf to be used and the facilities
should incorporate this design.
