Two public meetings of the
Budget Committee of the Hermis-
ton School District 8R, County of
Umatilla, State of Oregon, to dis-
cuss the budget for the fiscal year
July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023, will
be held in the Hermiston School
District Boardroom at 305 SW
11th St, Hermiston, OR 97838.
These are public meetings where
deliberation of the Budget Com-
mittee will take place. The first
meeting will take place on Mon-
day, May, 2, 2022 at 6:30 P.M.
The purpose of the first meeting
is to receive the budget message,
review the proposed budget and
to receive comment from the pub-
lic. Any person may appear at the
meeting and discuss the pro-
posed programs with the Budget
Committee. The second meeting
will be held May 16, 2022 at 6:30
P.M. for final review and consider-
ation for approval of the proposed
budget. A copy of the budget doc-
ument may be inspected or ob-

ified Design-Builders to provide
design and construction services
for the Project. The “FARM II” fa-
cility or “the Project” consists of a
new building that will include
classrooms, labs, student use
areas, office and administrative
use areas for BMCC’s Unmanned
Aerial Systems, Event and Hospi-
tality and Agriculture programs,
as well as an indoor rodeo arena
that includes a bleacher seating
area and covered stall area to
provide a practice and perform-
ance arena for the College’s
Rodeo Team.

mission will meet on Tuesday,
April 26, 2022, in the city council
chambers starting at 6:30 p.m. to
consider the following request.
Lewis Street Replat RP-1-22:
The applicant, City of Umatilla,
requests approval to replat an ex-
isting lot to record the ROW of
Lewis Street where the physical
street is currently, and remove the
ROW that is currently abandoned.
The property is identified as Tax
Lot 6300 on Assessors Map
5N2815AD.
Written or oral comments may be
presented at the hearing or di-
rectly to the Planning Department
at City Hall or mailed to PO Box
130, Umatilla, Oregon 97882.
Written comments must be re-
ceived prior to 5:00 p.m. on the
date of the hearing or submitted

address how the application does

11-2-6 of the City of Umatilla Land

at City Hall during normal busi-
ness hours at no cost. A copy of
the staff report will be available for
inspection at no cost at least
seven days prior to the hearing.
Copies will be provided upon re-

Failure to raise an issue at the
hearing, in person or by letter, or
failure to provide statements or
evidence sufficient to afford the
decision makers an opportunity
to respond to the issue precludes
appeal to the Land Use Board of
Appeals on that issue. Failure of
any person entitled to notice to re-
ceive notice shall not invalidate
the City’s action, provided the
City can demonstrate notice was
sent.
