EOU students exhibit art at Cook Memorial Library

A GRANDE — Work by
art students at Eastern
Oregon University is now on
display at Cook Memorial
Library, 2006 Fourth St.
The annual exhibition is
titled “EOU Paintings and
Prints.” Featured artwork was
created during painting and
screen printing classes at
EOU in the fall of 2021.
Students showing their
work are Allyson Bates, Koedi
Birmingham, Josie Born-
stedt, Tess Cahill, Jessica
Hitzman, Kendrick Johnson,
Gretchen Litzlebeck, Erin
Monagle, Corrina Stadler and
McKenna Stallings.
The art will be on view until
March 29.
Susan Murrell, associ-
ate professor of art at EOU,
said Stadler organized the
show and framed the fea-
tured works.
Cook Memorial Library is
open Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.-
6 p.m., and Saturday, 10 a.m.-
4 p.m.
Artwork can also be
viewed at cookmemorial-
library.org. Under “Programs/
Events” click on “Art Exhibits.”
