She grew up in the small towns of Kettle Falls and Northport, Washington, until she was 12, then she moved to the large metropo- lis area of Los Angeles, Cali- fornia, and lived in the San Fernando Valley. She married Garrick Youngberg right out of high school and had two children, Gary and Donna Dee. They later divorced. In 1974, she married Darrell Gossett and they had a son, Darren. Jacqua ‘Jackie’ Dunlap Oct. 23, 1954 — Nov. 16, 2021 Hermiston Jacqua “Jackie” Dunlap of Hermiston was born Oct. 23, 1954, in Heppner, Oregon, the daughter of Lloyd and Wilma (Campbell) Howton. She passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 16, 2021, at the age of 67. Jackie lived in Ione throughout her early child- hood where she attended grade school and started high school. Her family then moved to Hermiston where she graduated from high school in the class of 1972. After high school, Jackie moved to Portland where she attended the Northwest- ern College of Business. After her father’s passing in 1990, Lacey lived with her mom and brother, Jay, in Athena and Weston until her mom’s passing in 2008 when she went to live with Angela Cossitt, where she resided until her death.
