PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES
INTRODUCTION AND PURPOSE
Ione School District invites qualified individuals or firms to sub-
mit proposals to provide project management services for current
construction/ renovation projects. The District was awarded a
general obligation bond along with an Oregon School Improve-
ment Match (OSCIM) grant and received approval for the con-
struction of a new secondary school, other District facilities, and
improvements to existing facilities. A general description of the
Projects, their estimated Project costs, their estimated times for
completion, and the estimated time period for performance of Pro-
poser’s services is attached as Attachment A.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Request For Proposal
Project Management Services
The Ione School District, Ione, Oregon will receive sealed pro-
posals at the District Office, PO Box 167, 445 Spring Street, Ione,
OR, 97843 until 2:00 P.M., Friday, December 17, 2021, for Proj-
ect Management Services to assist staff in planning, designing,
and construction of projects as outlined in Request For Proposal
The District expects the Owner’s Representative to develop and
maintain a cooperative team approach with all parties involved
throughout the construction process.

Ione School District may reject any proposal not in compliance

mination to acquire real property in trust for CONFEDERATED TRIBES OF THE UMATILLA INDIAN RESERVATION.
