This law directed all schools, public and private, to inspect building for asbes- tos containing materials, de- velop an inventory and pre- pare a plan for management of asbestos containing mate- rials in the buildings. Pendleton School District 16R, utilizing the services of professional inspectors and consultants, has completed this directive for all District buildings. These Manage- ment Plans have been sub- mitted to the State Depart- ment of Education and are available for review in the Administration Office.
