The City of Hermiston, Oregon, invites Bids for the construction of Lift Station No. 3 Alternative
Sewer Improvements - 2021. The Work for this Project includes decommissioning of a sanitary sew-
er lift station located beneath Highway 395, tying into an existing sewer line, installing approximately
750 linear feet (LF) of new sanitary sewer main lines in the public right-of-way, boring under the Union
Pacific Railroad line, installing manholes and approximately 130 LF of cured-in-place pipe liner, pro-
viding traffic control, and restoring the asphalt surface and pavement striping.
Sealed Bids for the described Project will be received by Mark Morgan, Assistant City Manager, at City
of Hermiston City Hall at 235 E. Gladys Avenue, Hermiston, Oregon 97838, until 2:00 p.m., local time,
November 18, 2021, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

Umatilla County Government is seeking General Contracting Ser-
vices for the Jail Renovation Project. The project is a renovation
of the existing Jail Facility, located at 4700 NW Pioneer Place,
Pendleton, Oregon, and will include selective demolition, increasing
capacity in the booking area, creating new inmate cells for detox,
medical and holding purposes, and technology upgrades. The work
will occur while the jail continues to operate and will require close
coordination with Umatilla County Sheriffs Office. The County is
estimating a construction cost range of $1.8M and $2.2M for the
project.
