The East Umatilla Fire and Res-
cue Board of Directors will con-

known as “Design-Build”.
East Umatilla Fire and Rescue

allow the use of an alternative
procurement method known
as “Design-Build”. The De-
sign-Build contracting method

agement techniques to the plan-
ning, design, preconstruction
and construction phases of a
project, in order to control time
