LIVESTOCK DISTRICT,
UMATILLA COUNTY
In accordance with ORS
607.018, on October 20, 2021
at 9:00 a.m. in Room 130 of the
Umatilla County Courthouse,
216 S.E. Fourth Street, Pendle-
ton, Oregon, the Umatilla Coun-
ty Board of Commissioners will
conduct a public hearing on a
petition for the formation of the
proposed Meacham East Live-
stock District. Generally, the
area of the proposed district
includes property lying East of
Interstate 84 in Sections 27, 28,
33 and 34, Township 1 North,
Range 35, and in Section 3,
Township 1 South, Range 35,
East of Willamette Meridian,
Umatilla County, Oregon, locat-
ed in the vicinity of Meacham,
Oregon. A map of the proposed

Owners of property within the
proposed district will be mailed
a notice of this hearing.
Classes of livestock that would
not permitted to run at large
within the livestock district

tendance at the hearing is dis-
couraged, and appearance by
telephone or through written
comments is preferred.

proceedings will be conducted
