CRITPD-Police Officer
Closes: July 31, 2021
Based in Hood River Oregon, the CRITFC Police Department
provides 24-hour policing focused on the 150 mile stretch of the
Columbia River from Bonneville to McNary Dams and adjacent
lands by vehicle and boat. The department ensures adherence
to all treaty fishing regulations, safety and emergency response,
protection of archeological sites, and full police services to the 31
tribal fishing sites.
CRITPD-Dispatcher
Closes: July 31, 2021
Dispatchers are based in Hood River and are the communication
link for all incoming calls to the police department. General busi-
ness calls, calls for assistance, complaints, and general informa-
tion for the public are answered and forwarded by the dispatcher.
The position works rotating shifts to support the round the clock
police services provided by the Columbia River Inter-Tribal Police
Department.
Seasonal In-Lieu and TFAS Maintenance Worker
Open until filled
The position provides the maintenance of the Tribal In-Lieu / Treaty
Fishing Access Sites along the Columbia River during the Sum-
mer and Fall this work involves a variety of trade practices such as
painting, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, electrical, and custodial
work to sanitize and provide safety of all facilities on every site.
Maintenance workers will use hand and power tools to accomplish
this work.
All positions are permanent full-time unless otherwise noted.

The Harney SWCD is accepting bids for the Beaver Tables aeri-
al seeding, located approximately 35 miles south east of Burns,
Oregon, within the Beaver Table mount range. The seeding
consists of approximately 1,200 acres of ariel application. Seed
mixture of 10 lbs of Siberian wheatgrass and 1 lb of forage ko-
chia. There is a mandatory bid tour beginning at 8:30 am on
Thursday, September 2, 2021. Sealed bids are due either by
hand delivered or by mail no later than noon, Wednesday, Sep-
tember 15, 2021.
