the above entitled action in the above entitled court, and answer
the complaint of the plaintiff NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT
MORTGAGE SERVICING, and serve a copy of your answer upon
the undersigned attorneys for plaintiff, ZBS LAW, LLP, at their of-
fice below stated; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment
will be rendered against you according to the demand of the com-
plaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court. This is a
Complaint for Breach of Contract, Claim and Delivery Requested.
You must “appear” in this case or the other side will win auto-
matically. To “appear” you must file with the court a legal paper
called a “motion” or “answer.” The “motion” or “answer” must be
given to the court clerk or administrator within 30 days along with
the required filing fee. It must be in proper form and have proof of
service on the plaintiff’s attorney or, if the plaintiff does not have
an attorney, proof of service on the plaintiff.

The City of Hermiston, Oregon, invites Bids for the construction of the Riverfront Park Parking Lot
Relocation Improvements - 2021 project. This is a project to relocate the parking lot and playground
out of the floodway at Riverfront Park. Work shall include excavation, aggregate base placement,
concrete curbs, and asphalt paving.
Sealed Bids for the described Project will be received by the City of Hermiston, Oregon, attention
Mark Morgan at the office at 235 E. Gladys Avenue, Hermiston, Oregon 97838, until 2:00 p.m., local
time, May 20, 2021, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
This Project is being funded in part through the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
