Tuesday, May 18 2021, plainly
marked “2021 Urban Renewal
District Street Reconstruction
Project”. All bidders must be
prequalified and all prequalifi-
cations must be submitted to
the City by 1:00 pm the day be-
fore the bid opening. Bids will
be publicly opened at 2:00 pm
May 18, 2021, in the Commu-
nity Room at City Hall rear en-
trance, 501 SW Emigrant Ave-

Construction Manager/General
Contractor (CM/GC) services.

Stanfield
School District is seeking pro-
posals from qualified firms to
provide CM/GC for the Stanfield
Schools Bus Garage project.
The project uis located on the
district’s main campus. It is the
intent of the district, as a result
of this solicitation, to award the
work to one proposer who best
qualifies for the performance
of the work and whose fees
are reasonable, all in the sole
judgment of the district. Cop-
ies of the Request For Propos-
al (RFP) are on file and may be
obtained free of charge at the
Stanfield School District Office
1120 N. Main Street, Stanfield,
OR 97875 or by calling (541)
449-8766 or by visiting the dis-
trict website:

received not later than Thurs-
day, May 6, 2021, 4:00pm. Pro-
