INVITATION TO SUBMIT BID PROPOSALS
The City of Hermiston is seeking a qualified contractor to construct
an Apron Rehabilitation at the Hermiston Municipal Airport.
This project includes demolition and full depth reconstruction of
existing apron pavements, associated excavation and earthwork,
new aircraft tie-down installation, drainage improvements, shoul-
der grading and pavement marking within the project work limits.
Sealed Bids shall be addressed to and received at the Hermiston
Public Library, City of Hermiston, City Hall office, Attention: Mark
Morgan, 235 E. Gladys Avenue, Hermiston, OR 97838, not later
than 2:00 p.m., local time, on the 25th day of March, 2021. Im-
mediately thereafter, the Bids will be publicly opened and read at
the above stated location.
The Engineer’s cost opinion for this work is between $1,400,000
and $1,800,000.

This contract is for a public work subject to the Oregon Bureau of
Labor and Industries (ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870) and the Da-

that the requirements and conditions of employment be observed
and minimum wage rates, as established by the U.S. Secretary of
Labor, or the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries, whichever
is higher, be paid under the Contract.

to enter into a Contract with the Owner for public work in Oregon.
