9:30 a.m. — Police responded to a reported burglary on West

10:32 a.m. — A suspect was lodged at the Umatilla County
Jail, Pendleton, after Pendleton police responded to a disturbance
complaint on Northwest Eighth Street.

Hermiston.
3:39 p.m. — The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a
report of a motor vehicle accident on Schrimpf and Banister roads
in Weston, but were unable to locate an accident.
3:58 p.m. — A resident of Heather Drive, Stanfield, reported
mail stolen from a mailbox by the street and advised neighbors

4:20 p.m. — A domestic disturbance was reported on North-
west Fourth Street in Pendleton.
4:27 p.m. — Bank fraud was reported on Southwest Martin
Court in Hermiston.
6:15 p.m. — Pendleton police responded to a fight in progress

7:23 p.m. — The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a
report of youths with flashlights trespassing at a vacant house, but
they were gone when a deputy arrived.
7:54 p.m. — A domestic disturbance was reported on Fir Court
in Umatilla.
8:16 p.m. — A two-vehicle accident was reported on Highway
730 and Powerline Road in Umatilla.
SATURDAY
1:07 a.m. — A domestic disturbance was reported on North-
west 15th Street in Pendleton, but police were unable to locate a
suspect.
8:36 a.m. — A domestic disturbance was reported at Indian
Hills Chevron on Southeast Nye Avenue in Pendleton.
9:38 a.m. — A man driving eastbound on Interstate 84 rear-
ended a semitruck at mile marker 207 near Pendleton. The man
reportedly had no memory of the crash. He and two juvenile pas-
sengers were transported to St. Anthony Hospital in Pendleton.
The driver was cited for following too closely.
9:50 a.m. — A hit-and-run was reported at Pilot Truck Stop on
South Highway 395, Stanfield.
10:51 a.m. — Oregon State Police responded to a rollover crash
on Highway 204, milepost 12, near Weston. The Umatilla County
Sheriff’s Office was called to assist.
11:33 a.m. — An Echo resident reported the theft of car parts
and miscellaneous items from his property on Highway 207, Echo.
12:12 p.m. — The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office responded
to a report of shots fired on Wagon Wheel Loop, Irrigon, but were
unable to locate a shooter.
1:02 p.m. — Fraud/forgery was reported on Southwest Cedar
Street, Pilot Rock.
6:28 p.m. — A burglary was reported at Pendleton Square
Apartments, Phase I, on Southwest 28th Drive in Pendleton.
6:35 p.m. — Pendleton police received a report of a stolen car
from Boutique Air on Airport Road.
8:31 p.m. — Umatilla police responded to a report of shots fired
at McNary Market in Umatilla.
9:28 p.m. — People stuck in the snow in the Blue Mountains
between Heppner and Ukiah were located and assisted by the
Morrow County Sheriff’s Office.
9:47 p.m. — A domestic disturbance was reported at Pendleton
Riverside Apartments on Northwest Carden Avenue.
SUNDAY
1:12 a.m. — Pendleton police were called to a disturbance at
Indian Hills Chevron on Southeast Nye Avenue.
1:17 a.m. — Stanfield police responded to a motor vehicle acci-
dent at Feedville Road and South Highway 395 in Stanfield.
5:30 a.m. — The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a
report that a fallen tree was blocking both lanes of the road at
about mile marker 16-17 on Spring Hollow Road near Athena.
7:17 a.m. — A domestic disturbance was reported at Pendleton
Riverside Apartments on Northwest Carden Avenue.
9:51 a.m. — A burglary was reported at Bob White Field on
Northwest Carden Avenue in Penldeton.
11:47 a.m. — A Dayton, Washington, man reported a package
was stolen from the Milton-Freewater post office.
2:53 p.m. — A motor vehicle accident was reported at Western
Express on Stafford Hansell Road in Hermiston.
4:09 p.m. — A disturbance was reported on West Linda Avenue
in Hermiston.
4:18 p.m. — A domestic disturbance was reported on South-
west Isaac Avenue in Pendleton.
5 p.m. — Pendleton police received a report of an armed sub-
ject at Pioneer Park on Northwest Despain Avenue.
9:57 p.m. — A vehicle was reported stolen from Green Acres
Mobile Home Park on Paterson Ferry Road, Irrigon.
11:27 p.m. — A domestic disturbance was reported at S&K Stor-
age on Southwest Eighth Street.
MONDAY
12:26 a.m. — A vehicle was broken into at Quality Inn on Willa-
mette Avenue in Umatilla.
ARRESTS, CITATIONS
•Pendleton police arrested Jose Damian Garcia, 22, on felony
counts of first-degree robbery of a residence, unlawful use of a
weapon (aggravated assault) and second-degree assault, and on
a fugitive warrant.
•The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Christian Alexan-
der Fonseca, 25, on felony counts of attempt to elude/flee police
and a parole/LSA violation, and a misdemeanor count of driving
under the influence of intoxicants (alcohol).
•The Milton-Freewater Police Department arrested Andrea
Dawn Quinlan, 41, on five counts, including one felony count of the
unlawful use of a weapon and misdemeanor counts of harassment
(simple assault) X 2, reckless driving and reckless endangerment.
•The Milton-Freewater Police Department arrested Marcial
Tiscareno, 32, on five counts, including one felony count of the
unlawful possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor
counts of third-degree theft of less than $100, resisting arrest, inter-
fering with a peace officer and second degree disorderly conduct.
•The Pendleton Police Department arrested Wendell Con-
ner Welch, 26, on one felony count of the unlawful possession of
methamphetamine.
•The Pendleton Police Department arrested Ricky Lee Ellison,
33, on one felony count of the unlawful possession of oxycodone
and one misdemeanor count of fourth-degree aggravated assault.
•Milton-Freewater police arrested Helen Katherine Matson, 62,
of Milton-Freewater, for first-degree theft, a felony.
•Oregon State Police cited and released Chase Allan Hinkley,
20, for possession or consuming marijuana by a person under 21
while driving.
•Hermiston police arrested Kelly Ray Chapman, 39, on felony
counts of first-degree robbery, second-degree assault and failure
to appear (X3), and on a misdemeanor probation violation.
