Umatilla County, Oregon, invites Bids for the construction of
Umatilla River Road Improvements - 2021. The Work consists
of flattening the crest of the vertical curve on Umatilla River Road
and reconstruction of approximately 1,500 feet of roadway, includ-
ing the addition of a turn lane into the City of Hermiston’s recycled
water treatment facility, together with all other Work required to
complete the Project as shown on the Drawings and specified
herein.
Sealed Bids for the described Project will be received by Umatilla
County, at the Anderson Perry & Associates, Inc., Hermiston Of-
fice, 243 E. Main Street, Suite C, Hermiston, Oregon 97838, until
2:00 p.m., local time, February 18, 2021, at which time the Bids
received will be publicly opened and read.
The Contract is subject to the applicable provisions of ORS
279C.800 through ORS 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage
Law.
This Project is being funded in part through Oregon Department
of Transportation.

A lawsuit has been started against you in the above-entitled Court
by HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Nomura
Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2006-WF1 Asset Backed Pass-
Through Certificates, Plaintiff. Plaintiff’s claim is stated in the
written Complaint, a copy of which is on file at the Umatilla County
Courthouse. You must “appear” in this case or the other side will
win automatically. To “appear” you must file with the court a le-
gal paper called a “motion” or “answer.” The “motion” or “answer”
must be given to the court clerk or administrator within 30 days
along with the required filing fee. It must be in proper form and
have proof of service on the plaintiff’s attorney or, if the plaintiff

The object of the complaint is to foreclose a deed of trust dated
August 31, 2005 and recorded as Instrument No. 2005-4880453
given by Jerry T. Roe and Rhonda Roe, as tenants by the entirety
on property commonly known as 325 NW Third Street, Pilot Rock,
OR 97868 and legally described as:
Lot 6, Block 1, MOLTKE ADDITION to the City of Pilot Rock,
Umatilla County, Oregon; EXCEPTING THEREFROM the North
18 feet.
The complaint seeks to foreclose and terminate all interest of Un-
known Heirs and Devisees of Jerry Theron Roe, Unknown Heirs
and Devisees of Rhonda Ann Roe and United States of America
and all other interests in the property.
The “motion” or “answer” (or “reply”) must be given to the court
clerk or administrator within 30 days of the date of first publication
specified herein along with the required filing fee. The date of first
publication of the summons is December 24, 2020.
