SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET HEARING
A public hearing on a proposed supplemental budget for the City of Pendleton, Umatilla Coun-
ty, State of Oregon, for the fiscal year July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 will be held at the Council
Chambers, 501 SW Emigrant, Pendleton, Oregon. The hearing will take place on the 19th day
of January, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. Public may join the meeting by Zoom with instructions on the City
Council Agenda posted on the City website. The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the sup-
plemental budget with interested persons. A copy of the preliminary supplemental budget doc-
ument can be inspected on or after January 8th on the City’s website at www.pendleton.or.us. To
obtain a hard copy, call 541-966-0331 after January 8th during regular City Hall business hours.
This budget notice is also posted on the City’s website.

District Court for the District of Oregon to fill the vacancy created by the
planned retirement of Judge Patricia Sullivan. The official location of the
position will be Pendleton, Oregon. The term of office is four (4) years.
