SUMMARY STATEMENT OF OBJECT OF COMPLAINT
The complaint in this action seeks a money judgment in the
amount of $30,000 and a permanent injunction requiring Defen-
dants to cease excavating within 10 feet of the boundary line with

property inspected and, if necessary, removed by a licensed pro-
fessional.
