(UEC) gives notice that Cap-
ital Credit payments are now
and have been available since
2016 at the office of the Co-
operative at 750 W. Elm Ave.,
P.O. Box 1148, Hermiston,
OR 97838, to the members
named online at UmatillaElec-
tric.com or in printed form at
our Hermiston office.
These unclaimed credits were
earned in the years of 1998
and 1999. Unless the mem-
bers named or their heirs
claim payment no later than
December 31, 2020, they will
be forfeited to the Coopera-
tive.
The list includes all individu-
als and businesses who were
sent capital credit checks and
notices that were not cashed
or returned to UEC offices as
undeliverable mail. It is im-
portant to notify UEC of your
forwarding address when you
move or change your address.

the Variable Water Rate of
Potable Water at $2.67 per
1,000 gallons of Potable Wa-
ter delivered and effective
January 1, 2022, at $3.07 per
1,000 gallons of Potable Wa-
ter delivered.
2. Effective January 1, 2021,
the Variable Water Rate for
Non-Potable Water is estab-
lished, at $.51 per 1,000 gal-
lons of Non-Potable Water
delivered and effective Janu-
ary 1, 2022, at $.59 per 1,000
gallons of Non-Potable Water
delivered.
