Notice is given that on November 18, 2020, the North County
Livestock District was established and created. After the 60th
day from the date of the first publication of this notice, it shall be

The Judicial Conference of the United States has authorized the
appointment of a part-time United States Magistrate Judge for the U.S.
District Court for the District of Oregon to fill the vacancy created by the
planned retirement of Judge Patricia Sullivan. The official location of the
position will be Pendleton, Oregon. The term of office is four (4) years.
