and Ione Community Clinic,
a school-based health clinic
that sees patients of all ages.
The Clinic Director will be lo-
cated at Irrigon Medical Clinic
and make periodic visits to the
Ione Community Clinic. The
Director will manage the oper-
ations and delivery of services
at these clinics. This includes
implementing

sistants. This is a leadership

Essential Functions include

regularly with the CEO, and
participates in monthly De-
partment Director Meetings.
Requires excellent organi-
zational and communication
skills; planning and project
management skills and the
use of project management
tools. Critical thinking capa-
bility, demonstrated skill with
software programs including
Access, Excel, PowerPoint
and Word, required, along
with the ability to become an
expert user of the District’s
Electronic Medical Record
software. Successful appli-
cant must have five years of
leadership and management
experience, medical clin-
ic management preferred.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, September 15th 2020,
a Rezone and Development Permit application #39-2020 was
submitted to the City of Stanfield for lots 2200 - 4900 as shown
on county tax map 4N2930DA and lot 1400 as shown on county
tax map 4N29C. The application is requesting to rezone the lots
from Residential Urban Holding (R/UH) to Residential (R) and to
approve phases 5 & 6 of the Panoramic Ridge Subdivision which
adds an additional 39 lots.
Per the City of Stanfield Development Code Section 4.1.400, all
owners of record of real property within 250 feet of the subject
site are to be mailed notice 14 days before the public hearing is
held. Additionally, the city shall cause to have the notice printed in
a newspaper of general circulation and posted on the property 14
days before the public hearing. The goal of this notice is to create
awareness in the community and to invite people to participate in
the decision-making process.
Approval of the application will follow the approval criteria as writ-
ten in section 4.2.600 “Approval Criteria” for Site Design Review
in the Stanfield Development Code as well as 4.3.500 for Prelim-
inary Plats. A copy of the development code can be found online
at www.cityofstanfield.com or in person at City Hall. Additional
information on the application may also be obtained at City Hall or
by contacting the City Manager.
A public hearing will be held with the Planning Commission for
both the rezoning of lots 2200-4900 and 1400 and approval of
Phases 5&6 at 6:00 PM on Monday, November 30th 2020. There
will be a second hearing for the rezoning with the City Council at
6:00 PM on Tuesday, December 1st 2020. Both hearings will be
located at City Council Chambers, 150 West Coe Ave, Stanfield,
Oregon 97875.
If any person fails to raise an issue in person, or by letter at the
hearing, or fails to provide statements or evidence sufficient to
afford the decision-maker an opportunity to respond to the issue,
means that an appeal based on that issue cannot be filed with the
State Land Use Board of Appeals.
A copy of the application, all documents and evidence submitted
by or for the applicant, and the applicable criteria and standards
can be reviewed at Stanfield City Hall at no cost and copies shall
be provided on request at a cost of $.010 per page.
The City’s staff report and recommendation to the hearings body
shall be available for review at no cost at least seven days before
the hearing. A copy shall be provided on request at a cost of $.010
per page.
During the public hearing, the public will be allowed to submit writ-
ten or oral testimony or evidence. Testimony and evidence shall
concern the approval criteria described in the staff report, or other
criteria in the comprehensive plan or land use regulations which
the person testifying believes to apply to the decision
After the public hearing is held, the Stanfield City Planning Com-
mission and Stanfield City Council or designee shall issue a Type
III & IV Administrative Decision. The decision shall be mailed to
the applicant and all participants of record. The decision will then
be final unless it is appealed.
