The work shall consist of re-
pairs and improvements to the
Grant County Trowbridge Pa-
vilion. The work items include,
foundation repair, bathroom
replacement, floor replace-
ment, and construction of a
new entry way as referred to
in the construction plans and
specifications.
Site Visits may be conducted
by appointment only by con-
tacting the Owner’s Repre-
sentative. Additional access
to the site will be prohibited.

Progress for this work shall
begin no earlier than Sep-
tember 4st, 2020 and be

tion Contractors Board (CCB)
prior to Bidding on this Con-
tract and each Bid must con-
tain the Bidder’s CCB Reg-
istration Number. Failure to
comply with this requirement
shall result in bid rejection.
The COUNTY may reject any
Bid not in compliance with all
prescribed public bidding pro-
cedures and requirements,
and reserves the right to reject
for good cause any or all bids
in whole or in part upon the
finding of The COUNTY that it
is in the best interest to do so,
to waive irregularities not af-

to postpone the award of the
