The Irish ﬂ ag ripples in the wind on Tuesday morning in front of the Rainbow Cafe in down-
town Pendleton. Though the cafe’s annual St. Patrick’s Day bash didn’t happen on Tuesday,
the eatery served green beer and Irish whiskey to those who dared come in.
