Land Partition LP-N-475-19:
Randy Baker applicant, and

The property is described as
tax lot 200 of Assessor’s Map
4N 25E 21. The property is
zoned Suburban Residential
(SR) and is located on Kun-
ze Lane, approximately one
mile east of the intersection
of Kunze Lane and Paul Smith
