Position is responsible to pro-
vide administrative support for
the Municipal Court, includ-
ing: maintain court records;
process court related transac-
tions; send trial notices, court
orders, and other communica-
tions to attorneys, defendants,
police and others; prepares
trial schedule; attend all court
sessions and enter the dispo-
sitions into the computer re-
cord; produce documentation
as needed; collect court-im-
posed fines; prepares monthly
reports. Requires High School
diploma or equivalent supple-
mented by education or train-
ing in business practices and
two (2) years of progressively
responsible office experience
plus experience in legal or ju-
dicial office setting or equiva-
lent combination of education,
training and experience. Must
have excellent customer ser-
vice skills. Pay rate is $3,484
- $4,287 DOE, plus excellent
benefits.
