The Irrigon Park and Recreation Maintenance District is soliciting
offers for the construction of a paved parking lot with adjacent
infiltration rain garden at the Irrigon Marina Park, located on the
Columbia River in the City of Irrigon in Morrow County, Oregon.
Project elements include, but are not limited to, demolition, ex-
cavation, and disposal of debris for site preparation; grading;
asphalt concrete paving, striping, and signage. Contract perfor-
mance period is 90 calendar days from the date of the Notice to
Proceed, anticipated to be April 1, 2019. All work on this project
must be completed no later than June 30, 2019. The estimated
project cost range for bonding purposes is $100,000 to $300,000.
