The purpose of this hearing
is to receive public comment
concerning: a Partition request
application from the Port of Mor-
row, for tax lot 101 of Morrow
County Tax Map 4N 25 4. This
lot is an 86.01-acre parcel. The
request is to partition 21 acres
+/- parcel. The property is zoned
Light Industrial.
The purpose of this hearing is
to receive public comment con-
cerning: on January 28, 2019, a
partition request application was
received, from Double T Farm-
ing, for tax lot #402 of Morrow
County Tax Map 4N 25 11. This
parent lot is 28.33 acres in size
and the application is to partition
two 2.0 acre lots from the parent
lot. The property is zoned Ser-
vice Center Sub-District of the
Commercial District. This par-
tition is to facilitate future com-
mercial development.

NOTICE OF SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET
A public meeting, at which proposed supplemental budgets for Umatilla County, State of Oregon for
the fiscal year July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019 will be discussed, will be held in Room 130, Umatilla
County Courthouse, 216 S.E. Fourth Street, Pendleton, Oregon. The meeting will take place on the
6th of February 2019 at 9:00 a.m. A copy of the supplemental budget documents may be inspected
or obtained on or after January 31th, 2019 at the Umatilla County Courthouse, Room 116 between the
hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Comments: The Home Visit Program requires a supplemental budget to appropriate funding not
known at adoption of the budget. This requires a decrease in State Revenue of $95,000, an increase
in Federal Revenue of $60,000, an increase in Personnel Services of $39,000, a decrease in Materi-
als and Services of $35,999 and a decrease in Contingency of $38,001.

Box 200 (No. 2 Marine Drive), Boardman, Oregon 97818 not
later than 2:00 p.m. , local time, on the 14th day of February,
2019 . At that time, they will be publicly opened. Bids will not be
accepted after this hour and date. a 5% bid bond is required
to bid this project. The Port of Morrow will be acting as the
General Contractor for this project.
Supply of Materials of the Following: Effluent Lift Stations
• Two Helical wound Fiberglass basin or approved equal
• 12’ diameter x 20’ tall
• Round basin
• 2 penetrations per basin
• Open top basin with grating and support ring for pedestrian

The Port of Morrow reserves the right to reject for good cause,
any or all bids, or to postpone the award of the contract upon
